Spanish Casserole


1. Brown ground beef and onion together; drain.

2. Add taco seasoning mix and water, according to package directions.

3. Then, add all other ingredients (except tortillas and 1/4 of the grated cheese).

4. Line 9 x 13 pan with six tortillas.

5. Pour beef mixture over tortillas with small amount of cheese.

6. Continue with layers until are tortillas are gone; then cover with remaining cheese.

7. Cover with aluminum foil.

8. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
