Spanish Steak Or Spanish Chicken


1. Spray deep skillet with cooking spray or lightly oil (May use a couple of TBS. Oil if needed to keep meat from sticking but not necessary if using Teflon coated pan.).

2. Season meat with salt and pepper, to taste.

3. Brown on both sides.

4. Add vegetables, tomatoes and tomato sauce.

5. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is tender.
