Spanish Steak


1. Thoroughly mix chopped (not the sliced one) onion, beef, bacon, egg, & seasonings.

2. Line a shallow baking pan with foil, grease.

3. Shape meat mixture on foil int o a 2-inch thick oval.

4. Top with drained tomatoes, olives, & cheese.

5. Arrange green peppers & onion rings over all.

6. Bake at 400F for 35-40 minute.
