1. Dice a small ( 2 inch or smaller ) white onion. 2. Place in a mixing bowl with the ground beef. 3. Add the garlic. 4. Add fennel seed. 5. Add brown sugar. 6. Add grand marnier. 7. Mix all together well. 8. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour. 9.
