Spiced Dutch Cake


1. Pre heat oven to 160 and line a medium baking tray with baking paper.

2. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in a large bowl. Make a well in the center adding melted butter, milk and vanilla. Stir to combine with a wooden spoon.

3. Pour mix into tray and press walnuts into the top. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes.

4. Combine honey and cream to taste and serve with cake.
