1. 1. Cook the potatoes in a pan of boiling salted water for 5 minutes, then drain. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onions and spices for 5 minutes. 2. 2. Add the wine and reduce by half. Add the tomatoes and potatoes, season and simmer for 10 minutes. 3. 3. Add the prawns and bubble for 3-4 minutes until the prawns are cooked.
