Place 1 rounded tablespoon filling on dough. 12. Fold dough over to create half circle; press edges to seal. 13. Using fork tines, crimp edge decoratively. 14. 11. 15. Place empanada on heavy large baking sheet. 16. 12. 17. Brush with glaze. 18. Repeat with remaining biscuits, filling and glaze. 19.
