1. Drain the potatoes, onions, and rinse & drain the black eyed peas. Add all ingredients (except spices) to a slow cooker along with 1-2 cups of water (if it fits). Cook about 4 hours or until the meat is done. Add spices, season to taste. 2. This recipe creates a very spicy THICK soup.
