1. Melt butter in a large nonstick frypan over medium high heat. 2. Add garlic, sauté for 2 minutes. 3. Add roast beef and next 6 ingredients (roast beef through beer). 4. Bring to boil. 5. Reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. 6. Drain the roast beef in a colander over a bowl, reserving the sauce. 7. Divide the roast beef evenly among roll bottoms, top with roll tops. 8. Serve sandwiches with reserved sauce for dunking. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
