Spicy Caribbean Chicken


1. Prepare spicy marinade by mixing together all ingredients.

2. Wash chicken and pat dry.

3. Pour marinade over chicken to coat.

4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, but no longer than 6 hours.

5. Brush or spray grill with vegetable oil.

6. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat.

7. Remove chicken from marinade.

8. Place on grill rack, cover and grill 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 minutes to 20 minutes, turning once.
