1. Heat oil in a large skillet and add chicken, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder. 2. Saute until chicken is cooked through. 3. Remove chicken and set aside. 4. Return skillet to heat and lightly saute jalapenos and green onions. 5. Stir in black beans and tomatoes to heat them. 6. Add chicken and pasta. 7.
