1. Sift the first 4 ingredients in to a bowl. 2. place peanuts on seperate plate. 3. sprinkle them with water making sure every nut is wet. 4. heat oil in a deep pan. 5. now roll the wet peanut in the sifted ingredients. 6. take handfull& put in the hot oil so that the peanuts fall one by one. 7. deep fry till golden brown& crisp. 8. drain. 9. cool, then serve. 10. can be stored in airtight containers& used later. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
