1. Pat meat dry, Heat oil in wok over medium high heat. 2. Add garlic and stirfry until lightly golden. 3. Add chilis and stirfry green onion and ginger for 1 minute. 4. Add beef and stirfry just until browned, 1 minute. 5. Blend in fish sauce, lime juice and sugar,. 6.
