1. Blanch spinach leaves, mint leaves and corriander leaves. 2. Grind to a paste. 3. In a heavy bottomed vessel, heat oil. 4. Add cloves, cardamoms, cinnamons, javitri and the ginger-garlic paste. 5. Saute for a while. 6. Add chopped onions and slit green chillies. 7. Fry till light golden brown in colour. 8. Then, add the green paste. 9. Cook for a few minutes. 10. Add the washed, cleanedand drained rice. 11. Then add the water and salt. 12. Cook till rice is done. 13.
