1. Saute the peeled and cubed potatoand shredded leeks. 2. Add the coriander seeds and the curry powder, cook for 2 minutes. 3. Add the vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes. 4. Puree, season and add the milk and the crumbled blue cheese. 5.
