1. Mix all ingredients together and smooth on top of the raw pork roast. 2. Bake in a preheated 325 degree oven for approximately 2 1/2 hours (covered with foil or roast pan lid). 3. Remove the foil or roast pan lid and continue to roast for abother 1/2 hour. 4.
