1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a small bowl; set aside. 2. Rinse shrimp in cold water, drain well. 3. Layer shrimp, leomon slices and onion slices in an ungreased 13 x 9 baking dish. 4. Pour butter mixture over shrimp. 5. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 20- 25 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. 6. Baste occasionally with pan juices. 7.
