1. Brown sausage and strain out. 2. Sauté onions in remaining grease. 3. Add garlic and green onions for 2 minute. 4. Add mushrooms till cooked down. 5. Add bell peppers and carrots for 3 minute. 6. Add meat back inches. 7. Add Diced tomatoes then herbs then wine, cook for 1 minute. 8. Add Crushed tomatoes then remaining ingredients. 9. Simmer for 30 minutes. 10. Add Spaghetti squash. 11.
