Spicy Spanish Garlic Shrimp


1. Melt 2 teaspoons butter in a skillet and cook shrimp on high for 2 minutes.

2. Sprinkle with salt.

3. Turn once.

4. Remove shrimp and set aside.

5. In same skillet melt remaining butter and sauté jalapeño and garlic for 1-2 minutes.

6. Next return shrimp to skillet and add cilantro and lime juice.

7. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
