1. Cut wings into 3 sections, discard tips (or save them for stock). 2. Place sections on well greased baking pan. 3. Bake at 375* for 45 minutes, or until done. 4. In large pan, mix all remaining ingredients. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Reduce heat, simmer for 20 minutes. 7.
