Spicy-Sweet Deviled Eggs


1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove yolks.

2. Mash yolks; stir in mayonnaise, chutney, and red pepper until well blended.

3. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves.

4. Sprinkle evenly with desired amount of salt.

5. Garnish, if desired with either chives or paprika or both.

6. Chill until ready to serve.
