1. In med. saucepan over low heat, add olive oil and minced garlic; saute 1 minute. Add milk and cheese, stir constantly until melted & well blended. Remove from heat; stir in mayo & sour cream. Fold in spinach. Return to low heat, add lemon juice & spices. Stir to blend well. Transfer to an ovenproof dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with more shredded cheese if desired. Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
