Spinach In Garlic Sauce With Lemon


1. In a wok, fry the garlic together with the ginger for 1 minute

2. Prepare the mixture by combining ¾ cup water, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, ½ lemon juice, ½ teaspoons salt and 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour

3. Add the spinach and stir-fry for 1 minute then add the mixture

4. Add the sliced Shiitake Mushrooms and simmer for 1 minute.

5. Add the diced Firm Tofu.
