1. Soak the raisins in warm water for 3 minutes, then drain. 2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet, add the pine nuts and garlic. 3. Cook for 1 minute, then add the sherry and boil for 1 minute. 4. Add the spinach and paprika and toss well to coat with the juices. 5. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. 6.
