1. Tear spinach into a chilled salad bowl. 2. Place mushrooms on top. 3. Layer jicama on top of mushrooms. 4. Pour some of the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly, lifting the leaves up from the bottom. 5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and Maggi (if desired). 6.
