1. Wash spinach. Drain well and remove heavy stems and ribs. 2. Place spinach in a large saucepan. 3. Add rosemary and green onion, and toss lightly. 4. Cover and cook over medium heat until spinach is wilted, 3-4 minutes, shaking pot frequently. 5. Drain excess liquid. 6.
