1. Skin, bone and chop the sardines; mix with the spinach, bread crumbs, lemon and onion juice, a little of the spinach liquor, the chopped egg white and half the chopped yolk; season to taste. 2. Put in a buttered baking dish; sprinkle with remaining yolk over the top and dot with butter. 3.
