1. Peel and pit the avocados, then coarsely mash them in a bowl with a fork. 2. Mix in the lime juice, blending well. 3. Add the other ingredients (except for garnishes) and combine well. 4. Garnish with sour cream and sprinkle a little cilantro on top. 5. May be served at room temperature or chilled. 6. Serve with warm tortilla chilps or veggie dippers. 7.
