1. grease 2 baking tins of medium size and set in card board papers and set aside. 2. beat sugar and eggs in a mixer till light and fluffy. 3. remove from the mixer and pour in a clean dry container. 4. add in vanilla essence and flour and mix slowly with a specular until all the flour is done. 5. pour the mixture in the baking tins. 6. bake for 25mins at 180degrees or until cake tastes done. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
