1. Trim and wash Brussels sprouts. 2. Cook until tender in salted water. 3. Press Brussels sprouts through a sieve or whirl in a blender. Or place in food processor and pulse till coarsely chopped if you would like some texture. 4. Add 1 teaspoons. 5. salt and the nutmeg. 6. Stir in cream. 7.
