1. If desired partially freeze meat for easier slicing. 2. Arrange salad greens on four dinner plates. 3. Set aside. 4. Trim fat from meat. 5. Cut meat across the grain into thin bite - sized strips. 6. Lightly coat an unheated large skillet with cooking spray: heat over medium - high heat. 7. Add meat strips. 8. Cook and stir for 2 - 3 minutes or until meat is slightly pink in center. 9. Remove from heat. 10. Stir in basil. 11. Season to taste with kosher salt and black pepper. 12. To serve, spoon the warm meat mixture over greens. 13. Top with carrot, tomato, and bell pepper. 14. Drizzle with Buttermilk dressing. 15.
