1. Combine all the ingredients except the olive oil in a large bowl. 2. Use your hands, and make sure everything is mixed well and distributed evenly. 3. Form the mixture into 2 large, thick round patties. 4. Heat the oil in a large non-stick fry pan and cook the burgers on one side for 5 minutes, until dark and crusty. 5. Turn and cook for 1-2 minutes more or until cooked to your liking. 6. Serve on grilled Turkish bread with oven roasted tomatoes, and a rocket salad, or how ever you wish. 7.
