Steakhouse Burrito With Blue Cheese Caesar Salad


1. Preheat grill to high.

2. Combine bacon bits, romaine, tomatoes, and blue cheese in a large bowl.

3. Toss with dressing and chill until ready to use.

4. Season steak with salt and pepper.

5. Grill 8 minutes for medium-rare, turning once.

6. Remove from heat, tent with foil, and rest steak 5 minutes.

7. While steak rests, grill tortillas until warmed, about 30 seconds on each side.

8. Slice steak into thin strips, then divide evenly between the tortillas.

9. Arrange 1/2 cup of salad mixture down center, then roll like a burrito.

10. Cut in half on the diagonal and serve.
