Steamed Quinoa Salad


1. Rinse Quinoa.

2. combine quinoa and water in the bowl of a vegetable steamer.

3. Steam for 40 minutes.

4. I add sauteed vegies, what ever I have available ie. zuccini, red bell pepper, green onions, left over cooked ground meat, fresh english peas, carrots and/ or corn and add to the fluffed quinoa. Drizzle lemon juice over the salad before eating.
