1. Cut anisette cookies in half lengthwise and line bottom of 13x9 glass baking dish. 2. Brush cookies or spray cookies with rum. 3. Pour prepared vanilla pudding over cookies. 4. Cover pudding with another layer of anisette cookies cut in half length wise and sprayed with rum. 5. Cover cookies with prepared chocolate pudding. 6. Cover chocolate pudding with Cool Whip. 7.
