1. Peel the eggs, slice them and arrange the slices on a serving dish. 2. Saute butter/margarine and flour. 3. Add milk, slowly, to make a sauce. 4. Cook the sauce, on low heat, for about 5 minutes. 5. Add salt, pepper and grated cheese to taste. 6.
