1. Heat the oils in a large saucepan or wok until very hot, add the ginger, garlic and shallots and stir fry 2 minutes. 2. Add the stock, sauces and sugar, stir well, cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes. 3. Add cornflour mixture, stirring constantly and cook for 1-2 minutes, until sauce thickens. 4. Add the Yabbies, stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. 5.
