1. Heat oil in a pan. 2. Stir-fry the ginger for about 1 minute. 3. Add mushrooms and green peppers. 4. Stir for a while then add some water. 5. Stir-fry until the mushrooms and green peppers are rather cooked. 6. Add chicken into pan and cooked till it changes color. 7. Add carrots and water into pan and stir well. 8. Add salt to season. 9. Add corn starch solution to thicken the gravy. 10. Add in the cooking wine and stir for 30 secs, then remove to serve. 11.
