1. Marinate beef in cornstarch, sherry& soy sauce about 1/2 hour. 2. Cook beans in boiling water 2 minutes. 3. Rinse in cold water. 4. Heat oil in wok. 5. Brown garlic& ginger. 6. Add beef. 7. Stir fry until color changes. 8. Add beans & sugar. 9. Stir fry 1 minute. 10. Add dissolved corn starch mixture. 11. Stir fry till thickened. 12. Serve with rice if desired. 13.
