1. Cook pasta in boiling water for 10-12 minutes, till tender; drain. 2. Brown the meat with the garlic; drain it. 3. Stir in the oregano and basil leaves and cook 1 more minute. 4. Add the tomatoes and heat to boiling. 5. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6. Stir in the pasta and heat through. 7.
