1. Place strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with granulated sugar and let it stand for 20 minutes to release juice. 2. Divide crushed cookies into 6 pretty dessert glasses. 3. Whisk brown sugar and vanilla into until smooth. 4. Divide berries and juices between glasses. 5. Spoon the sour cream mixture over berries. 6. Just before serving, garnish with mint. 7.
