Strawberry Jello Yokan


1. Soften gelatin in cold water.

2. Dissolve Jello in hot water, then add softened gelatin and mix well.

3. Add Kosian and blend well.

4. Pour into greased 8 x 8 inch pan.

5. Refrigerate until set about 4 hours.

6. Cut into blocks or rectangles and serve.
