Stuffed Bhindi


1. Melt the ghee in frypan.

2. Add 4-5 tsp of the spice mix along with 2-3 diced onions, fry till brown.

3. Add 2-3 diced tomatoes to mix in pan.

4. Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice over the mix.

5. Stir.

6. 1/2 tsp of salt.

7. Slit ladyfingers and stuff with mixture while enjoying the company of someone dear to you.

8. Fry in ghee till the okara are cooked.

9. Serve with fresh (Indian)flatbread.
