1. In skillet, saute celery and onion in 1 Tablespoon butter. 2. Put into a large bowl. 3. Add croutons, milk, parsley, salt, paprika, and pepper. 4. Mix well. 5. Cut a pocket in each chop, fill with stuffing. 6. Brown chops in remaining 2 Tablespoons butter. 7. Put chops in a greased 9x9 inch baking pan. 8. Pour broth over chops. 9. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. 10. Remove chops and keep warm. 11. Pour pan drippings into a saucepan. 12. Mix cornstarch and water. 13. Slowly stir into drippings. 14.
