1. Clean, wash and soak rice for 20 minutes. 2. Drain. 3. Heat water in any suitable vessel. 4. Add the drained rice. 5. When rice has reached its half boiled stage, discard water. 6. In the meantime, heat oil in a skillet. 7. Add carrots, french beans and green peas. 8. Saute on medium heat. 9. Add chinese salt, soya sauce and salt (to taste). 10. Once the vegetables have been cooked, add spring onions and rice. 11. Mix well. 12. Cook on low heat. 13.
