1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Butter a glass, metal pan, or pudding mold. 3. Prepare a larger pan for a "Bain Marie". 4. Mix cream, zest, and flaborings. 5. Whisk eggs and yolks until light in color. 6. Combine all ingredients. 7. Pour into prepared loaf pan. 8. Put larger pan in oven and add hot water. 9. Optional: place a dish cloth in the middle to keep other pan from sliding. Place loaf pan inside. 10. Bake for 30 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean, or nearly so. Open oven door and let cool slowly. 11. Serve cool by slicing or spooning. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
