1. Use a 4-6 quart slow cooker. 2. Put tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, garlic and onion in crockpot. 3. Add the Italian seasoning. 4. Stir in capers. 5. Cover and cook for 6-8 hours. 6. Stir in the frozen peas(if using) 20 minutes before serving. 7. Toss the sauce with the hot, cooked pasta. 8.
