Sunflower  Seed Rolls


1. Mix flours and salt together.

2. Proof yeast with honey in 1/4 cup warm water.

3. Add the yeast and the rest of the water to flour.

4. Knead for 10 minutes.

5. Knead in the seeds.

6. Let rise until doubled; cover with damp cloth; put in greased bowl; punch down; shape into 12 buns.

7. Brush tops with water.

8. Place on a greased cookie sheet .

9. Slice tops, cover, and let rise.

10. Brush tops with milk.

11. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or golden brown; the higher the temperature, the crispier the crust.
