1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Brown mince in a large pan, remove and drain juices. 3. Add oil to pan and cook onion, garlic, & carrot until just tender (8min). 4. Return mince to the pan along with pasta sauce, beef stock, oregano and pasta, simmer covered for around 10min or till mixture thickens. 5. Transfer to an oven proof dish, sprinkle cheese, bread crumbs and mustard powder over top. 6.
