Super Easy Chinese Steak


1. Sear meat with salt and pepper in oil.

2. Once meat is cooked, add flour and mix. Mixture will look pasty.

3. Add all remaining ingredients.

4. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Be careful not to let stick.

5. Serve over cooked white rice with green peas as side.
